Every volunteer for the project meets with the STC project leader who is responsible for the whole project. He will give a short introduction background and than take care of the project volunteers. He knows all the information needed to have a successful time. Mini projects could be taking place during the week or at weekends. The amount of participants of a mini project are mostly between 3-10 people.
